Valley Hiking and Walking

Enjoy the leisure walking and hiking routes in private reaches of the West Branch Valley.  These excursions allow guests wildlife viewing opportunities and a chance to catch the finer valley bottom vistas at your own pace.  Highlights include waterfall vistas, tasty trail snacks, and interpretive guides that provide great company and local knowledge.

Heli-hiking:  1 day and partial day trips (July and August)

After an exhilarating air-lift, guided parties are free to explore the flowered alpine basins of the Pantheons.  This trip option offer a less strenuous and incredibly rewarding mountain experience and is well suited for families and time pressured travelers. Includes:  Guide, safety equipment and food.

Nirvana Pass Exploration: 5 days (July and August)

This trip is notable for its glacier travel, peak ascents, and un matched alpine vistas!  Helicopter access is required.  Glacier travel and mountaineering skills are taught by expereinced guides.  Prices include food, group gear, and guide.

Niut and Pantheon Traverse: 5 days (July and August )

This trip vists the trail systems and alpine regions of the Niut Mountains.  This trip is notable for its moderate challenge rating and its wildlife viewing and alpine vista opportunities.  Peak ascents, fishing and lakeside camp sites are also highlights on this trip.
